LENGTH OF STAY

Except where indicated for certain apartments, the minimum length of stay is three nights.

RESERVATIONS

1. You can reserve by email. Once we send you confirmation for the apartment you have requested, we will direct you to a protected web page so that you can provide us with your credit card data (Visa or MasterCard). We will then charge 30% of your total reservation to your card. If you prefer, you can provide us with your credit card data by telephone. Just call 34 609206493 and ask for Jose, or you can send us a bank transfer to the account number provided after we receive your request for a reservation.

2. Once 30% of your total reservation has been received by bank transfer or charged to your credit card, we will send you a confirmation voucher and arrival directions. Remember, the 70% balance on your total reservation must be paid in cash at check-in.

3. The apartments are rented with sets of sheets and towels which are adequate for the stated number of occupants. Upon arrival you will note that the apartment is perfectly clean. If, during your stay, you should desire additional cleaning, a charge of 12€ per hour will be applied.

DEPOSIT

Upon arrival, besides paying the remaining 70% of your reservation, you must leave a 200€ security deposit (to defray the expense of lost keys or any damage to the apartment) which will be returned to you upon departure if all is in order.

ARRIVALS

1. Check-in will normally be after 16:00 (4.00 P.M.) If you arrive earlier and the apartment happens to be free and cleaned, there would be no problem in checking in earlier.

2. To avoid unnecessary delays, we would appreciate it if you would give us advance notice of your arrival time in Barcelona. If you are delayed, please phone and indicate your revised arrival time.

3. For check-ins which take place between the hours of 21:00 (9:00 P.M.) And 9:00 (9:00 A.M.), a 25€ supplement is charged.

DEPARTURE

Check-out takes place at 11:00 AM. We will come to collect the keys and inspect the apartment so that we can return your €200 deposit.

CANCELLATION

The 30% deposit will only be returned if cancellation occurs 45 days before the arrival date.
